Reservation and Payment:

1.1 To secure a reservation, a deposit of 100% or 50% (whichever is applicable) is required.

1.2 Full payment must be received by Enigma Viaggi before the commencement of the travel package.

Cancellation Policy:

2.1 Clients may cancel their reservation with the following penalties:
- 60 days before departure: 0% penalty
- 45 days before departure: 25% penalty
- 30 days before departure: 50% penalty
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

2.2 Enigma Viaggi reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to Itinerary:

3.1 Enigma Viaggi may modify the itinerary due to factors beyond its control (e.g., weather, political instability). Clients will be notified promptly, and alternatives will be provided.

Travel Documents:

4.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and up-to-date. Enigma Viaggi is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or expired documents.

Health and Insurance:

5.1 Clients are advised to consult a healthcare professional for necessary vaccinations and health precautions. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings is strongly recommended.

Liability:

6.1 Enigma Viaggi is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the tour, including those caused by third-party services (hotels, transportation, etc.).

Force Majeure:

7.1 Enigma Viaggi is not liable for disruptions or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.

Governing Law:

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

Agreement:

9.1 By booking with Enigma Viaggi, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMER

1. Intermediary Role:

Enigma Viaggi explicitly disclaims any ownership, control, or operational involvement in tours, activities, or services ("Services") provided by third-party tour operators, activity providers, or service vendors ("Service Providers"). Enigma Viaggi functions exclusively as an intermediary facilitating the connection between Clients and Service Providers.

2. No Agency or Employment:

Enigma Viaggi does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, omissions, errors, delays, negligence, or any other conduct of the Service Providers.

3. Client Acknowledgment and Assumption of Responsibility:

By contracting with Enigma Viaggi and engaging in Services arranged through Enigma Viaggi, the Client acknowledges and expressly agrees to the following:

a. Third-Party Relationships: The Client understands and acknowledges that Enigma Viaggi acts solely as a liaison and does not directly provide Services. Enigma Viaggi's role is restricted to connecting Clients with suitable Service Providers.
b. Separate Agreements: The Client may be required to enter into separate contractual agreements with selected Service Providers. The terms and conditions of these agreements are exclusively between the Client and the respective Service Provider and are independent of any agreement with Enigma Viaggi.
c. Non-Assumption of Responsibility: Enigma Viaggi does not assume responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience resulting from the actions or omissions of Service Providers. Clients acknowledge that Enigma Viaggi does not guarantee or warrant the quality or safety of Services provided by Service Providers.

By availing themselves of the Services facilitated by Enigma Viaggi, Clients expressly acknowledge their comprehension and acceptance of this Disclaimer, including Enigma Viaggi's non-assumption of responsibility for third-party services.
